I'm Jenny, an Organizational Psychologist based in Santa Monica, California. Before Applied Psychology, I was a Behavior Technician working with kids on the spectrum. For as long as I can remember, I had an interest in working with people and chose to pursue that passion through a Master of Science in Applied Psychology at the University of Southern California, where I graduated in May 2021. I’ve been working in Organizational Research & Development and Employee Engagement since.
