I spearheaded multifaceted initiatives at Wethos, leveraging behavioral science to drive personal, team, and organizational growth. This involved crafting content on diverse topics such as cognitive bias reduction, effective communication, leadership development, and conflict resolution. Additionally, I managed a dynamic HubSpot website to ensure messaging alignment and content freshness. I created persuasive investor materials, including pitch decks and datasheets, showcasing company value. Furthermore, I developed educational training content for a language learning model, utilized Wethos data for tailored experiences, aided in AI tool development for workforce management, and streamlined onboarding processes. My contributions extended to co-developing training curriculum, conducting psychometric studies, and engaging in cross-functional roles, spanning data science to customer engagement, impacting various aspects of startup operations.

My tenure at WarnerMedia (CNN) showcased my proficiency in project management and analysis, significantly contributing to the seamless onboarding of employees for CNN+. My experiences across various settings, including USC's Office of Human Resources, Citibank, Kern County, and Aon Inpoint, have further developed my skills in organizational culture, diversity, equity & inclusion, and learning & development.
